答：只要你能看的清字就可以参加培训。速读不会加深近视度数（近视的产生除了先天原因外，不好的阅读习惯是主要原因，通过练习速读，养成良好的阅读习惯还有助于视力的恢复。）
[font=宋体][color=blue]问：参加培训和用速读软件有区别吗？[/color][/font]
答：区别非常大的。我们不赞成用软件训练（做辅助练习还是可以的）。原因如下：
1. 对着电脑屏幕练习，对眼睛伤害很大（这个原理就和看电视太久，容易伤眼一样），可能速读还没练成，就把眼睛弄坏了；
2. 用软件训练不到眼部机能（眼球肌肉），因为软件是字在自己跳动，不是你眼睛在做运动，所以很多用过软件做训练的朋友，训练很长时间，都感觉不到眼睛在灵活方面的提升。而我们的大部分学员5、6天后就能明显感觉到眼睛比以前更灵活了；
3. 软件没有针对专业书籍的阅读和处理，我们在培训中会详细的通过各种体裁的书籍讲解如何阅读和应用；
4. 通过软件来自学，会遇到很多问题而无人解答，容易半途而废。我们的培训是通过UC的教室进行培训和答疑解惑，能在课堂上随时提问，老师随时解答您在训练过程中碰到的各种问题。同时，课堂上课的氛围，同学的讨论、发言，各自的心得体会等等，是使用软件训练所无法比拟的！！！
所以，我们建议如果有条件在老师的指导下，用纸质材料的文章进行训练，是效果最好的；如果条件实在不许可，才考虑使用软件。
